The annoying of searching for a favorite color, favorite fragrance or a particular product is finally over! Thanks to our intelligent search facility you can find any product in no time. Just type a part of the product name or attribute (eg color) into the search field. These can be found directly below the "Home" button. Even as you enter the term, our system looks for the most relevant products for your search - you don't even approve the search term, the right products appear immediately below the input field. When you confirm the search with "Go" it takes you to a detailed search result. You can also use the button "Search" to find products directly.

With the link "Wishlist", you can retain items until your next visit. For thus option cookies must be enabled. With the function "Wishlist" you can see all the products you put onto your list.

Recommend products to your friend with the link "Recommend Product". This allows you to send friends and relatives an e-mail if you have found a product that may interest them. Therefore our shop opens a window in your email software and creates a message with a link that recipients can click on.

Shopping cart

On the product detail pages you will find an entry for the quantity, and a button "Add to Cart". Please enter the desired number and then click "Add to shopping cart". The products will appear on your virtual "shopping list". Now you can continue shopping and put other products into the basket or process your order.

For some products we sell different versions: You must first select the desired option, for example a particular size or color, before you can put the product into the shopping cart.

The contents of the basket can be viewed at any time by clicking on "Shopping Cart". The products can be removed at any time within the shopping cart by clicking on the box "Remove" and subsequent "Update". Click on the button "View Cart" if you would like to view your current order. You will receive an overview of the items you previously added to the basket. If you want to change the order quantity subsequently enter into the "Order Quantity" the new number and click the "Update" button. If you want to delete a product completely from your order, click the delete icon next to the product. To view details of the products in your cart, click its name into the basket.

If you want to buy the products in your cart, click the button "Checkout". 3.) If you want to delete your customer account you can do it there also.

Shipping methods and payment methods

In the next window enter your personal information and choose your shipping method. If shipping costs are added, they appear here. Select the desired shipping method and click "Next" to get to the payment. There you choose a payment method. On this page you can see our general business conditions - in short terms. You must agree our Conditions of Use before the end of the order by selecting the appropriate check box. Then click "Next".

Is everything all right?

Please check once again if everything is correct: all items and their quantity, if you selected your preferred shipping and payment. Please check your personal information such as name, address and e-mail address. Then click on "send order" to complete the order.

Your email address

Please be especially careful when entering your e-mail address. We need to use it, to get in touch with you to inform you about the shipping status and to send you the invoice.

Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products at Beautyplaza is not a legally binding offer, but a non-committal catalog. After you have entered your personal data and clicking the button "SEND ORDER" in the final step of the ordering process, you deliver a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order. The purchase contract will be achieved with our order confirmation or delivery of the goods.
